CP2K Lab only uses your personal data for the operation of the CP2K Lab website and services as well as to improve the CP2K Lab website and services. Other personal data may be collected on the CP2K Lab website along dedicated explanation text contextually with any such data collection.

CP2K Lab computing infrastructure is hosted at Hetzner and Scaleway in the European Union; hence, your personal data processed by CP2K Lab is stored at said place. If you access to the Services from outside of the European Union, you understand that your data is then transferred abroad. Retention time¶
The personal data processed by CP2K Lab is kept as long as you or CP2K Lab has not cancelled your account though CP2K Lab may keep the data after cancellation of your account as long as necessary for technical reasons (like backups) or to comply with legal requirements.
The rights of users¶
Users have the right, at any time, to know whether their personal data has been stored and can consult the data Controller to learn about their contents and origin, to verify their accuracy or to ask for them to be supplemented, cancelled, updated or corrected, or to block any data held in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their treatment for any and all legitimate reasons. Requests should be sent to the data Controller as set out above.
